Module 4

Today's journey begins once again at Macca's, this time in Dickson as I wait for the local library to open at 11am. I have from 8:30 - 4:30 today to fill in - but I know how quickly time flies when you are searching the web, so I am not sure how many modules I will complete today.
I enjoyed creating my own flickr account and uploading a few photos. The Mac makes this very easy to do from my iphoto.

I am not sure how often I will use flickr with my students at this stage but look forward to sharing photos with family members who are overseas as I become more familiar with flickr & all its features. Provided that is, I can persuade them to expand beyond facebook.
The copyright issues are slightly overwhelming at the moment - as I use these tools more I know I will need to spend more time at www.smartcopying.com.au.
I wasn't aware of the creative commons organisation before commencing this module but the videos were very informative, I know I will need to keep revisiting to ensure I stay within the guidelines.
